Description

You will define, build, and deploy key product features and capabilities for the Starlink Community Gateway, delivering 10 Gbps connectivity to remote locations. You'll work directly with hardware, customers, and cross-functional teams to improve performance, reliability, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/STEM or 2+ years networking experience in lieu
• 1+ years networking experience deploying enterprise or cloud web-scale networks
• Professional experience with networking hardware deployment

Responsibilities

• Work with Community Gateway hardware and customers to improve performance and resolve technical issues
• Provide pre-sales support as technical subject matter expert
• Develop processes to streamline customer integration
• Collaborate with teams to define product requirements
• Support activation of new installations and travel to customer sites
