You'll own the enablement experience for Hootsuite's global seller community, translating GTM strategy into programs and playbooks. Your impact will be measured by quota attainment, pipeline, and win rates. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution for a leading social media management platform.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks and competitive assets.
- Translate GTM positioning into training programs.
- Build and manage coaching cadence using AI insights.
- Design enablement programs for launches and strategic initiatives.
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in sales enablement or quota-carrying sales in B2B SaaS.
- Experience designing enablement programs with measurable impact.
- Experience with AI-powered GTM tools like conversational intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger).
โจ Nice to Have
- Background in consulting or strategic advisory.
- Experience with Gong or equivalent conversation intelligence.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS, Highspot, or Accord.
