- Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients through the full lifecycle.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer success or consulting.
- Ability to manage and grow relationships with large accounts.
- Strong communication skills engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and English.
