You'll lead the graphics engineering team at Riot Games, shaping how League of Legends looks and performs for millions of players. You'll own the vision for rendering, set technical direction, and grow world-class engineers to build the core rendering engine and tools that power the game's visuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in engineering management
• Experience leading teams shipping large-scale, modular client/engine or tools software
• Extensive experience in C/C++ development
• 4+ years of experience in game development industry
• Hands-on experience with rendering or graphics systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as vision holder for rendering technology of League of Legends
• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 5-10 software engineers
• Partner with product, delivery, technical, and quality leads to align on outcomes
• Coordinate with individuals and external partners across multiple time zones
• Design team composition and hire to ensure necessary skills and experience
