You'll lead the Corporate Credit team at Shift, assessing high-value complex transactions for Australian SMEs. Your core impact will be optimizing credit strategies and ensuring right-sized limits for borrowers. You'll collaborate with sales and relationship functions to support lending growth while maintaining risk appetite.

• Decision lending opportunities focusing on capital expenditure and working capital
• Structure optimal credit strategies with appropriate securities
• Manage in-life credit and portfolio review for right-sizing
• Coach and develop a high-performance credit team

📋 Requirements

• Well-rounded experience in corporate lending (CapEx and working capital)
• Ability to structure lending solutions with appropriate security
• Strong credit risk management expertise
• Leadership experience managing a team
