• Build and lead a 24/7 team of reliability-focused engineers
• Develop and document provisioning and troubleshooting processes
• Advocate for automation and event-driven remediation
• Drive onboarding, enablement, and performance management

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software or infrastructure engineering
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Knowledge of SRE fundamentals and incident management
• Experience with observability and change management
