You'll provide individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping clients develop essential life and communication skills. You'll implement treatment plans, track progress, and support skill development in a structured environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

📋 Requirements

• Current RBT Certification (required)
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
• Pass a background check
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

• Experience with data collection and ABA terminology
• Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis
• Background in special education, psychology, or related field
