💼 About This Role

You'll own the relationship for a portfolio of Hootsuite's large, strategic Enterprise customers. You'll lead post-sale relationship management and drive renewal and expansion strategies. This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture relationships with strategic enterprise customers
  • Proactively lead post-sale relationship and negotiations
  • Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and account data
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 5-7 years of account management and sales experience in SaaS
  • Proven success managing an enterprise customer portfolio
  • Experience using sales tools like SFDC, Gong, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
  • Proven success negotiating in complex B2B environments

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SaaS contracts and legal/procurement teams
  • Belief in ValueSelling methodology
  • Experience with Gainsight
