💼 About This Role
You'll own the relationship for a portfolio of Hootsuite's large, strategic Enterprise customers. You'll lead post-sale relationship management and drive renewal and expansion strategies. This role offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with strategic enterprise customers
- Proactively lead post-sale relationship and negotiations
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts and account data
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
📋 Requirements
- 5-7 years of account management and sales experience in SaaS
- Proven success managing an enterprise customer portfolio
- Experience using sales tools like SFDC, Gong, Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
- Proven success negotiating in complex B2B environments
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SaaS contracts and legal/procurement teams
- Belief in ValueSelling methodology
- Experience with Gainsight
