Description

You will be the operational backbone of our sales engagement strategy, focusing on execution, maintenance, and optimization of the Outreach.io environment. You'll translate go-to-market goals into efficient workflows, ensuring order and consistency across global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in GTM Operations, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Engagement Platforms (Outreach.io preferred)
  • High proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel with strong attention to data accuracy
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to manage multiple execution-heavy workstreams independently

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary execution lead for sales engagement strategy within Outreach.io, processing requests for sequences, templates, and snippets
  • Drive content governance and hygiene for sales engagement content, organizing taxonomy and auditing for unused content
  • Build and maintain reports to track engagement health and suggest system or process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to roll out new platform features and operational best practices
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative needs of Outreach.io, including account provisioning and user permissions
