💼 About This Role

You'll support Starshield satellite production by designing tooling and processes for high-rate manufacturing. You'll troubleshoot issues and improve test automation for flight and ground support hardware. This role combines hands-on testing with Python development in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineers to develop and document test procedures
• Perform tests and provide data for pass/fail criteria
• Design and fabricate harnessing, test fixtures, and server racks
• Troubleshoot and write rework instructions for failing hardware

📋 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years of experience in a hands-on technical position
• 1+ years of experience performing electronic testing using portable measuring devices

✨ Nice to Have

• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5+ years of experience reading electrical schematics
• Experience with test operations procedures including thermal, vibration, TVAC, shock, EMI
