💼 About This Role

You'll embed directly inside client businesses to uncover operational friction, design workflows, and partner with AI Engineers to ship solutions that change how organizations run. This is a hands-on, client-facing role built for someone comfortable diagramming workflows with C-suite leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with clients to run discovery and map current-state processes
• Build business cases quantifying ROI and prioritize automation roadmap
• Design future-state workflows including decision logic and integration points
• Partner with AI Engineers to translate client requirements into technical specs
• Lead change management: stakeholder alignment, training, adoption tracking

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, deployment strategy, or similar client-facing role
• Strong analytical foundation with spreadsheets, ROI modeling, basic SQL
• Working knowledge of modern AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, RAG systems)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior consulting at a top firm (MBB, Big 4) or deployment-strategy role at a software company
• Experience leading process re-engineering or workflow automation engagements
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make) or major SaaS systems
