You'll join Remote's Onboarding and Mobility team to ensure smooth employee transitions across borders, adhering to local laws. Your core impact will be providing immigration compliance and strategic guidance to clients. This role stands out for its direct impact on the global employment landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor assigned cases using case management and billing systems
• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance
• Take ownership of senior-level escalations to support team
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
• Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators

📋 Requirements

• Licensed to practice immigration law in Germany
• Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
