You'll build and maintain data models for internal and customer-facing reporting, design automations, and develop AI-powered tools at a fast-growing govtech startup. You'll work across the full spectrum of modern data work, from dbt and Snowflake pipelines to internal applications. This role offers ownership and direct impact in a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dbt models for dashboards and reporting
• Develop and maintain automation workflows in N8N and similar tools
• Support external analytics inside Kaizen's platform for customer reporting
• Contribute to internal dashboards and analyses for leadership

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a data, analytics, or engineering role
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries
• Hands-on experience with dbt or willingness to ramp quickly
• Experience building workflows in N8N or Zapier

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of a second programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
• AI tool fluency: not just using but building with them
