🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated partner marketing programs aligned with LATAM pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Design and implement co-marketing initiatives like campaigns, events, webinars, and workshops.
• Localize and activate global marketing campaigns and sales plays with regional partners.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and external partners to deliver programs on time and within budget.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or field marketing within B2B technology.
• Proven track record of executing "to, through, and with" partner marketing strategies that generate measurable pipeline.
• Experience managing regional or multi-country marketing programs, preferably across LATAM.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
