Description
You will lead the strategy, administration, and compliance of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement plans, and leave management. You'll ensure programs are competitive and compliant while partnering with HR, legal, and vendors to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive experience in benefits administration or total rewards
- Extensive experience managing employee leave programs (FMLA, disability, ADA)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of federal and state benefits regulations
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute workplace benefits strategy aligned with company objectives
- Oversee administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs
- Lead leave program administration including FMLA, state leave, and ADA accommodations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and FMLA regulations
- Manage vendor relationships, annual renewals, and open enrollment processes
