Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years customer-facing experience in a corporate setting
- Fluent Spanish speaking, reading, and writing
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized

- Deliver exceptional customer and technical support via email and phone
- Develop and maintain product expertise to resolve learner issues
