Requirements

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and retail technology
• Ability to coach and inform team on visual merchandising updates
• Strong interpersonal and team motivation skills
• Experience with retail operations and KPI-driven performance

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer experience, communicating and training team on Steps of Selling
• Drive KPI achievement including OPH, NPS, SPH, conversion, and sales success
• Ensure positive customer experience and promote services like piercing and engraving
• Participate in inventory cycle counts, order fulfillment, and BOH organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
