🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and operate your ABA practice with full autonomy
• Set your own hours, select clients, and define care model
• Hire and lead your RBTs to build your team
• Deliver exceptional ABA therapy using provided software suite

📋 Requirements

• BCBA certification and New Jersey licensure
• Clinical experience in ABA therapy
• Ability to launch and manage a private practice

• Experience with insurance billing for ABA services
• Existing RBT team or supervisory experience
