💼 About This Role

You'll define and execute product initiatives for agentic AI systems at Level AI, an AI-native customer experience platform. You'll own significant parts of the agentic system lifecycle, working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, and customer teams. This role emphasizes production rigor and real customer impact with opportunities to grow into broader platform ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute product initiatives for agentic AI systems
• Own parts of the agentic system lifecycle including orchestration and evaluation
• Work directly with customers to understand workflows and requirements
• Partner with Engineering and AI/ML teams to ship production-ready systems

📋 Requirements

• 4 years of Product Management experience with AI-driven or platform products
• Experience shipping and iterating on production software systems
• Exposure to LLMs, agentic systems, or AI-powered workflows
• Strong customer-facing skills with enterprise customers
