Description

You'll lead go-to-market efforts for a fast-growing virtual behavioral health startup, managing a multi-state region to build referral relationships and drive admissions for at-risk youth. Your work will expand access to life-saving treatment.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years business development experience, including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
• Experience managing, coaching, and motivating a business development team
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative style
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Must be based in Toledo, OH with ability to travel locally up to 1 hour each way

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Outreach Directors and Managers to meet regional performance goals
• Develop and operationalize go-to-market strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to address barriers to treatment
• Measure and own KPIs, reporting upwards on a monthly basis
