💼 About This Role

You'll own and drive the integration of acquired fund administration businesses into bunch's operating model. You'll align people, processes, and systems across acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition to bunch's proprietary software platform. This role is central to bunch's pan-European platform for Private Markets and offers exposure to AI-driven transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute post-merger integration plans for operational process migration
• Partner with deal team to conduct integration feasibility and due diligence
• Map current processes of acquired companies and define standardized workflows
• Lead integration work streams and track success metrics

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting
• High aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation
• Excellent project management skills with cross-functional team ability
• Strong experience in technology-driven operations and business process automation
