You'll design and build the systems that power referral program rules engine and franchise lead attribution pipeline for a national real estate network. Your work directly impacts revenue accuracy across the Compass International Holdings platform. You'll own critical financial data pipelines with high reliability requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build the referral program rules engine
• Own the franchise lead attribution pipeline
• Build and evolve the lead monetization model
• Maintain and extend the broker matching partner API

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience developing software with languages such as Go or Java
• Experience with gRPC and Thrift protocols
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems
• 3+ years using AWS / cloud technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing rules engines or business logic systems
• Experience building revenue attribution or financial data pipelines
• Multi-entity or franchise platform experience
