💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's team in Weatherford, TX to maintain and repair heavy equipment using our T3 technology platform to diagnose issues. You'll work on the newest fleet in the industry and help transform construction with innovative tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed
• Travel to customer job sites for field repairs

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• 21 years old to operate company vehicle

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• OSHA knowledge preferred
