Description

You will join the team on Andøya to perform test and launch campaigns for the Spectrum launch vehicle, ensuring quality and compliance of ground equipment and processes through inspections, document reviews, and non-conformance follow-ups, while having the opportunity to introduce new frameworks tailored to the launch site.

Requirements

• Engineering qualification or bachelor's/master's degree in engineering
• Experience in quality inspections and assurance involving hardware (preferably assemblies)
• Experience with document management
• Experience with non-conformity processes and root cause analysis
• Fluency in English (Norwegian and German helpful)

Responsibilities

• Shape and advance framework for product control at the Andøya launch site
• Carry out in-process and final inspections of hardware and operations (ground and flight systems)
• Follow-up on acceptance testing of flight hardware
• Review processes and procedures, enforce document management
• Follow-up on non-conformance reports and risks, set up maintenance plans
