Description

You will serve as the technical leader and systems owner for internal IT and SaaS platforms, driving automation, scalability, and security. This role involves leading access management, workflow orchestration, and AI-powered solutions to enhance employee productivity and business efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience as an IT technical lead with ownership of employee systems and productivity platforms
• Expertise in Okta administration and identity-driven automation
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira/Confluence administration and workflow automation
• Familiarity with AI/agentic application design and workflow orchestration
• Proven track record of driving automation and scalability in IT operations

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and lifecycle of core SaaS platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence, and endpoint management tools
• Design and manage SSO/SAML/OIDC integrations, user lifecycle, and Okta Workflows for automation
• Lead Slack and Jira/Confluence administration, workflow automation, and integrations
• Build AI-powered IT applications and automate self-service with platforms like Atlassian Rovo and Jira ITSM
• Support endpoint provisioning, MDM (Kandji, Workspace ONE), and ensure security compliance
