💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the sales organization for the largest TMS platform following a merger. You will drive revenue growth and go-to-market execution across courier, last-mile, and healthcare logistics. This role offers a ground-floor opportunity to build a category-leading transportation management system.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for predictable revenue growth.
  • Lead as a player-coach on complex enterprise deals and support SEs.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline discipline using MEDDPICC or similar.

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience including 10+ in senior sales leadership.
  • 5+ years selling TMS or last-mile/logistics technology.
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy and pipeline inspection.
  • Experience building and scaling sales organizations from the ground up.

  • Experience in healthcare delivery or related operational B2B verticals.
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree.
