💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve Instacart's security-critical workforce platforms, including Okta identity, device trust, and office networks. Your work directly impacts every employee and partner by ensuring seamless, safe access to tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and operate enterprise Okta tenant and IAM platforms
• Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code for identity using Terraform
• Manage office network infrastructure across multiple locations
• Lead incident response for identity and network events

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in corporate IT engineering with focus on IAM and networking
• 3+ years hands-on Okta administration in production (1,000+ users)
• 2+ years with Okta Identity Governance or equivalent IGA platform
• Proficiency with Terraform and one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

✨ Nice to Have

• Okta certifications (Administrator, Professional, or Consultant)
• Experience with Git-based CI/CD pipelines for identity and network automation
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
