Description

You will support the incubation of new healthcare technology ventures at Roivant Health, from early-stage ideation to company building. Your work will involve evaluating opportunities, developing workplans, and assisting with fundraising and leadership recruitment, directly impacting the creation of transformational healthcare businesses.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant full-time work experience
• Exceptional academic background
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high velocity execution
• Experience in venture building or product development, ideally in healthcare or life sciences technology

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential incubation opportunities based on key success factors
• Develop structured workplans for quantitative and qualitative analysis of markets and competitors
• Assist in company building: product development, business development, operations, and fundraising
• Support leadership recruitment by defining role profiles and sourcing candidates
• Collaborate with incubated ventures during key business inflection points
