You'll build and lead phData's India-based Agentic Delivery Center, transforming client needs into scalable AI/ML platforms and agentic solutions. You'll collaborate with global leadership to define architectural standards and ensure delivery excellence for strategic customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver production-grade agentic AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
• Lead Zero-to-One delivery for the India Agentic Delivery Center
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client engagements
• Architect and stand up the foundational delivery center, recruit and onboard team

📋 Requirements

• 14-18 years of IT industry experience
• 8+ years as a hands-on architect
• Experience in IT services or consulting organizations
• Leadership experience building and scaling engineering teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic stacks and LLMs
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, GCP
• Experience with fixed-price and outcome-based commercial models
