You'll oversee global payroll operations for a leading travel metasearch company, ensuring accurate and timely payments across multiple countries. You'll lead a supportive payroll team and collaborate with Finance, People Ops, and Legal. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll across multiple countries and pay frequencies
• Oversee day-to-day payroll processing operations
• Calculate and report tax liabilities for periodic and year-end reconciliations
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors for service delivery
• Respond to employee queries via ticketing system

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of recent hands-on multi-national payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred
• Professional payroll certification preferred
• Experience leading or managing a team
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and payroll systems like CloudPay or ADP
