Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and the rest on development. Your role involves hiring, onboarding, providing feedback, and helping the team grow, while also designing and operationalizing agentic workflows to improve execution.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping secure, reliable, scalable systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Ability to think in systems and define specs, plan, verify, and close quality loops

Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
