💼 About This Role

You'll provide advanced technical services for customer-facing defects in Nextech's healthcare software products. In partnership with Support, Implementation, and Product Development, you'll resolve configuration-based defects, deliver custom reports, and perform pre-development research. You'll act as a technical liaison between customers and development teams, reducing the defect load on product developers to only code-level changes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform technical research of customer issues and provide context to development teams.
• Resolve configuration-based defects not requiring code changes.
• Manage custom report and data extract requests.
• Bridge technical communication between customers and product development teams.
• Act as a technical liaison across Implementation, Development, and Product Management.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting/developing SaaS B2B products.
• Strong experience with database queries and data management.
• Practical knowledge of SQL tools, especially Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Management Studio.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile software development.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree or certification in a technical field related to software engineering.
• Prior experience with healthcare operations or IT.
• Experience debugging JavaScript and basic understanding of C#.
