You'll be the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp while creating a warm atmosphere at our property. As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll ensure every guest feels cared for, balancing online and face-to-face interactions to deliver seamless service.
π― What You'll Do
- Manage guest tickets across all European properties via phone, email, WhatsApp.
- Assist with booking modifications, inquiries, and concerns professionally.
- Guide guests through the check-in process in person at the property.
- Provide local recommendations and handle guest requests and emergencies.
π Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and genuine interest in guest experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
- Tech-savvy with communication tools (email, WhatsApp, booking systems).
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends.
