Description

You will build and lead a focused partnerships function to expand GTM distribution through SI/agency ecosystems and key tech alliances. This hands-on leadership role involves setting strategy, building scalable programs, and operationalizing partner motions to drive pipeline, deal progression, and implementations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building partnerships programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong people leadership skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in the modern data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Experience with SI and agency ecosystems, recruiting and scaling partners for pipeline and services.
  • Ability to work effectively with AEs, SEs, Marketing, RevOps, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive a clear partner strategy and prioritized portfolio across tech partners and SI/agency partners.
  • Build a scaled SI and agency channel program for partner-sourced pipeline and expanded implementation capacity.
  • Develop a resilient tech and hyperscaler strategy to expand awareness and distribution.
  • Operationalize partner motions end-to-end, including co-sell plays, enablement, field workflows, and partner marketing.
  • Establish roles, KPIs, and operating rhythms to run partnerships as an inspectable, predictable engine.
