You will act as the primary bridge between camp brand partners and our software ecosystem, ensuring successful platform integration and maintaining healthy long-term partnerships. You'll resolve complex challenges, advocate for product evolution, and drive retention growth by monitoring partner health metrics.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or high-level Customer Service
  • Strong communication skills to articulate needs regarding fulfillment, compliance, and CSAT
  • Expert problem-solving and de-escalation skills with calm professionalism under pressure
  • Technical savvy with comfort navigating new systems, APIs, or reporting tools
  • Exceptional organization and project management to juggle multiple brand launches simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support to camp brand partners to optimize platform presence and meet shared goals
  • Oversee technical onboarding of network providers into CSR and Salesforce systems
  • Resolve partner escalations and communicate feedback to drive long-term quality strategy
