You will act as the primary bridge between camp brand partners and our software ecosystem, ensuring successful platform integration and maintaining healthy long-term partnerships. You'll resolve complex challenges, advocate for product evolution, and drive retention growth by monitoring partner health metrics.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, or high-level Customer Service
- Strong communication skills to articulate needs regarding fulfillment, compliance, and CSAT
- Expert problem-solving and de-escalation skills with calm professionalism under pressure
- Technical savvy with comfort navigating new systems, APIs, or reporting tools
- Exceptional organization and project management to juggle multiple brand launches simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to camp brand partners to optimize platform presence and meet shared goals
- Oversee technical onboarding of network providers into CSR and Salesforce systems
- Resolve partner escalations and communicate feedback to drive long-term quality strategy
- Collect partner feedback and data to influence product roadmap for childcare industry needs
- Monitor partner health metrics and proactively engage to prevent attrition and identify expansion opportunities
