💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and help train new recruits to ensure their success. You'll also assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets to drive store performance. You'll use your fandom knowledge to connect with customers and drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
