💼 About This Role

You'll own the execution, performance, and growth of paid social and paid media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You'll drive performance through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads while leveraging Power Digital's Nova platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with a tech-enabled growth firm at the intersection of marketing and data intelligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own execution and performance of paid social and paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Bing
• Lead optimizations to improve performance against client goals
• Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes
• Communicate performance insights and strategy to clients weekly
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
• 1-2 years in agency setting
• Minimum 2 years of Meta Ads for direct response campaigns
• Minimum 2 years hands-on search engine marketing experience including bid optimization and keyword research

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, or Local campaigns
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
