💼 About This Role

You'll manage commercial contracts and legal risk for a SaaS platform serving life sciences, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. You'll independently navigate international legal frameworks and cross-border contracting to facilitate compliant operations globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS subscription agreements
• Provide guidance on international commercial law and cross-border practices
• Support Sales and Customer Success during pre-sales and contracting cycles
• Assist in legal operations and global expansion activities

📋 Requirements

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
• 5+ years experience in commercial law, preferably in technology or SaaS
• Strong knowledge of international contracting frameworks
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR and global equivalents)

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to legal considerations related to AI/ML technologies
• Background in international scale-ups or fast-growth tech environments
• Additional languages (especially Spanish)
