💼 About This Role

You'll own tastytrade's futures trading experience end-to-end, driving strategy and execution across web, mobile, and desktop. Your work will shape a platform redefining retail futures, while partnering with technology and operations on a major infrastructure expansion. This role combines meaningful customer-facing work with structural impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategy and execution for the full futures product surface
• Define and track OKRs tied to futures trading volume and retention
• Navigate product decisions at intersection of trading infrastructure and regulation
• Partner with marketing to design onboarding and activation for new traders

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience with complex initiatives
• Deep familiarity with futures markets including contract specs and margin mechanics
• Expertise in high-performance trading interfaces across web, mobile, desktop
• Experience in fintech or retail brokerage; futures platform experience preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience building or using futures trading platforms
• Familiarity with clearing, execution, and FCMs
• Mastery of prototyping, A/B testing, and analytics
