• Provide leadership and coaching for Experience Team Member staff.
• Assist with planning and executing annual Turnover processes.
• Oversee on-campus marketing events and social media strategies.
• Manage promotional materials within marketing and concession budget.

📋 Requirements

• College degree preferred with 2+ years customer service/sales/community management experience.
• Ability to work up to six days per week during peak times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Commitment to diversity and excellent customer service mindset.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Entrata property management system.
• Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse.
