You'll grow and develop Xero's commercial relationships with accountants and bookkeepers in your territory, helping them digitize their practices. Your work directly supports small business efficiency through powerful technology adoption.

- Recruit and land new accounting partners to expand the Xero channel
- Develop cloud strategies to help partners transition to online systems
- Generate pipeline through quarterly planning and outbound engagement
- Maintain account hygiene and activity tracking in Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
- Track record of consultative selling to articulate digital product value
- Process-driven approach ensuring accurate CRM data
- Ability to build rapport with professional partners and manage sales cycles
