  • Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements
  • Partner with GM and growth teams to develop competitive deal structures
  • Support proposal development and customer negotiations
  • Advise on international contracting considerations and risk allocation
  • Manage post-award contract administration and compliance tracking

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Significant experience negotiating complex commercial contracts
  • Experience supporting international business transactions in Europe, UK, or Asia-Pacific
  • Demonstrated experience in both pre-award and post-award contract management
  • Strong commercial acumen balancing legal, operational, and strategic factors

  • Experience in aerospace or defense industry
