You'll lead the structuring, negotiation, and administration of international commercial agreements for a space technology company focused on global security and sustainability. Your work will directly enable expansion across Europe, UK, and Asia-Pacific markets. This role offers the chance to shape scalable contracting practices in a high-growth startup environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements
- Partner with GM and growth teams to develop competitive deal structures
- Support proposal development and customer negotiations
- Advise on international contracting considerations and risk allocation
- Manage post-award contract administration and compliance tracking
๐ Requirements
- Significant experience negotiating complex commercial contracts
- Experience supporting international business transactions in Europe, UK, or Asia-Pacific
- Demonstrated experience in both pre-award and post-award contract management
- Strong commercial acumen balancing legal, operational, and strategic factors
