Description
You will lead a growing team of sales representatives and managers, driving adoption of new products like PriceVantage and managing revenue growth in the inventory management segment. You'll work cross-functionally, define strategy, and refine a successful sales team into a more sophisticated operation.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in automotive and inventory management preferred
- Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets and building high-performing teams
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools (Gong)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales reps and managers, focusing on revenue growth and product adoption
- Define and execute strategy for inventory management products, including PriceVantage
- Work cross-functionally with other sales teams and departments
- Be the voice of the dealer and communicate product requirements
- Manage through metrics, forecasting, and territory reviews
