Description

You will lead the product vision and execution of personalization systems to simplify the weekly food ordering experience, working with ML, engineering, and culinary teams to build adaptive features that lift retention and LTV.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• 4+ years working on personalization, search, or recommendation systems
• Experience with ML-powered product development and experimentation frameworks
• Strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset
• Customer-obsessed with ability to translate insights into scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end personalization roadmap including recommendations, ranking algorithms, and adaptive feed
• Ship high-impact ML-powered features such as personalized ranking, contextual suggestion, and dietary preference modeling
• Drive experimentation and A/B testing to measure lift in key metrics
• Develop deep understanding of eater behavior patterns and work with Data Science on behavioral segments
• Partner cross-functionally with Design, Culinary, Growth, and Marketplace teams to personalize user journeys
