🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare design calculations and plans for water resource projects
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team
• Oversee project lifecycle from design through construction
• Coach and mentor less experienced engineering professionals

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with emphasis on storm water or hydraulic design
• Professional Engineer license in Minnesota
• 12+ years of progressive water resources experience
• Working knowledge of CADD platforms (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with water resources permits (USCG, USACE, NPDES)
• Previous project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget
• Experience in market development and client relations
