Description

You will lead end-to-end implementations of Ridgeline's enterprise cloud platform for investment management firms, coordinating cross-functional teams and leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery. You'll define scope, manage milestones, and ensure successful go-lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, CS, IT, or related field
• 5+ years leading investment management software implementations in customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of front-office and back-office investment management workflows
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations with functional and technical workstreams
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to completion

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live for enterprise cloud platform
• Define project goals, scope, and success criteria; establish structured delivery plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consulting, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve documentation, communication, and project management efficiency
