Requirements

• Active COTA license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)

Responsibilities

• Provide home care therapy under OT supervision
• Visit adult/geriatric patients in their homes to help regain independence
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation
