Description

In this role, you will coordinate production flow, manage part movements, and ensure timely delivery while supporting cross-functional teams. You'll maintain data accuracy in MRP/ERP systems, resolve inventory issues, and communicate status updates to leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years experience in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics environment
• 4+ years supporting administrative processes
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent)
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track parts through production flow to ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate physical movement of parts across work centers and off-site processing
• Ensure data accuracy in MRP/ERP/MES systems and resolve inventory inaccuracies
• Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership weekly
