💼 About This Role

You'll build and integrate avionics wiring harnesses and electromechanical assemblies for flight hardware and test systems. Your work will directly support the delivery of reliable space flight hardware. This role combines bench-level assembly with installation into vehicle structures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Fabricate harnesses from engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform continuity, insulation resistance, and electrical checks.
• Install and route harnesses into avionics enclosures and vehicle structures.
• Document build and test results, record non-conformances, assist with troubleshooting.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in cable harness assembly in aerospace.
• Professional experience in debugging and basic electrical tests.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted, stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with standards like IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, NASA-STD-8739.
• Experience with aerospace or space-grade harness manufacturing.
• Proficient in aerospace PCBA hand soldering to IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 Class 3.
