Requirements

• 3+ years in healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting.
• 2+ years supporting provider network strategy development and negotiating contracts.
• 1+ years running financial analyses on markets or product lines cross-functionally.
• 1+ years navigating and organizing large data sets like claim files and provider rosters.

Responsibilities

• Implement contracting strategies aligned with network adequacy and cost management objectives.
• Manage and negotiate provider contracts for favorable terms and regulatory compliance.
• Review and analyze assigned contracts to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
